Sustainability
I believe it is our duty as citizens of this planet to take care of her as best we can. Though navigating the economy with conservation in mind can be difficult, here are some ways that Sealed Beam Rally Team attempts to lessen its impact on our home.
Electricity Consumption
While I have no control over the servers at YouTube and Wix, a majority of electricity at my home, including the power used in editing and exporting videos, is generated by on-site solar photovoltaic panels.
Vendors
Sealed Beam Rally Team strives to make its products locally, with USA-made materials, by small businesses whenever possible. Every product sold here goes through final assembly in the USA. Small businesses employ almost half of Americans and return a higher percentage of their revenue to the local economy.

Gildan is currently our main apparel producer. Gildan is a Canadian company that uses USA-grown cotton in many products, though their sewing happens overseas. They claim to be one of the highest rated apparel manufacturers for sustainability.
Shipping Materials
Wherever possible, I employ reused materials for packing and shipping. This gets one more use out of the sunk carbon cost of producing such materials and helps keep merchandise prices low. Thank you for helping support local jobs by recycling cardboard products and taking bubble wrap to a plastic film dropoff location near you. Grocery stores may accept film because they bale and sell their own shrink wrap anyway.
First Mile
Many Sealed Beam Rally Team shipments are delivered to the post office by bicycle. This promotes public health, uses zero fossil fuels, reduces traffic, keeps our air clean, and reduces the risk of injury to other road users.
